With a season of courses at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Majored in Graphic Design at PUC-Rio, Carol has almost 15 years of direct experience in the Graphic Design and Branding fields, making ideas and, solutions come to life for global brands - both small and large.

Through her professional trajectory, Carol has been able to expand in diverse fields that complement her experience as a designer such as innovation, design thinking, start-ups, and entrepreneurship. Plus having experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

Having worked in some of the top design agencies in Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon and Dubai, Carol is now an Associate Creative Director at Superside, overseeing projects alongside the folks at Vimeo, Figma and Colgate-Palmolive.
