With a season of courses at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Majored in Graphic Design at PUC-Rio, Carol has over 15 years of experience in the Graphic Design and Branding fields, making ideas and, solutions come to life for global brands - both small and large.

Through her professional trajectory, Carol has been able to expand in diverse fields that complement her experience as a designer such as innovation, design thinking, start-ups, and entrepreneurship. In addition to having experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

Having worked in some of the top design agencies in Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon and Dubai, Carol is now an Associate Creative Director at Superside, leading creative consistency at scale alongside the folks at Vimeo, Figma and Colgate-Palmolive.
